Getting a large rug to a specialist shouldn't be a logistics problem. We pick up, clean or repair, and return your rug — no van rental, no awkward hauling, no additional charge.

 

Free pickup and delivery is included with every cleaning, repair and restoration order. It's not a promotion. It's how we work.

How It Works

1. Contact Us

Call, email, or use the contact form below. Tell us roughly what the rug needs — cleaning, repair, or just an inspection. We'll schedule a pickup window that works for you.

2. We Pick Up

One of our team brings the rug to our San Francisco showroom at 3499 Sacramento Street. If it's a large or heavy piece, we handle the lifting. We photograph the rug at pickup and note any existing damage so you have a record before work begins.

3. We Do the Work

Whether it's hand-washing, structural repair, or full restoration — your rug gets the full process at our showroom, not a remote facility. Cengiz handles everything in-house.

4. We Return It

When the work is complete, we return the rug, rolled and wrapped. We'll review the completed work with you and answer any questions about care going forward.

There's no minimum order size and no fuel surcharge. The only thing we ask is reasonable scheduling flexibility on the pickup window.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Yes, for the initial pickup — we photograph the rug and note its condition before it leaves your home. For delivery, someone should be available to receive it and confirm the completed work.

How far in advance do I need to schedule?
Typically 2–5 business days. We're often more flexible than that — call us and we'll tell you what's available.

Is pickup really free, or are there hidden charges?
It's free. No fuel charge, no trip fee, no minimum order. It's included because we've found it's the biggest friction point for people who know they need cleaning but keep putting it off.

Can you pick up a very large rug?
Yes. We handle oversized rugs regularly, including 10×14 and larger pieces. Just let us know the approximate size when you schedule so we can bring the right equipment.

Can I drop the rug off myself instead?
Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome at our showroom at 3499 Sacramento Street, Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
