Shorter runners — under 8 feet — solve a specific problem: small entryways, narrow bathrooms, the space beside a bed, a tight galley kitchen, or a short hallway that a standard runner would overshoot. These dimensions are harder to find in hand-knotted quality because most production runs focus on longer formats.                                           

We keep a consistent selection of under-8-foot runners because the need is real and the supply of quality pieces at this size is limited. The construction standard is the same as  any rug in our gallery — hand-knotted, natural dyes, genuine wool — just in a smaller format.
